Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Peak Automotive Group ("we," "us," or "our"), including automotive repair services at our locations, our website at peakautomotivegroup.com, and our SMS receipt delivery program. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SMS Receipt Program

Peak Automotive Group offers an optional SMS receipt delivery service. By providing your phone number and consenting to participate, you agree to the following terms:

Opt-In: You opt in to receive SMS receipts by providing your phone number to a service advisor at check-in and verbally confirming you would like to receive your receipt via text message.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out in person at any of our locations.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@peakautomotivegroup.com.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automotive Services

All automotive repair and maintenance services are provided subject to the following terms:

• Estimates: We provide estimates before performing work. Actual charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing work that exceeds the original estimate
• Warranties: Warranty terms vary by service and parts used. Specific warranty information is provided on your service receipt
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Vehicle Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion unless other arrangements are made. We are not responsible for vehicles left beyond this period

Website Use

Our website at peakautomotivegroup.com is provided for informational purposes. The content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Peak Automotive Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Digital Receipt Links

Receipt links sent via SMS are intended solely for the recipient. Each link provides access to the service receipt for a specific transaction. Receipt links remain active for 12 months from the date of service. We recommend saving or printing your receipt if you need a permanent record. We are not responsible for inability to access receipts due to expired links, device incompatibility, or network issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Automotive Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or SMS receipt program. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peak Automotive Group, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
